Mr.Tada is founder of GLR Investment Co., Ltd.

As the corporate philosophy, he would like to achieve some contribution to make the future world even more comfortable through logistics real estate consulting service. Prior to establishing GLR in 2007, he joined Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in 2002, and handled a real estate private investment fund which invested over JPY100 billion in the real estate and development projects.

He began his career in CB Richard Ellis Co., Ltd. in 1999 and was responsible for real estate brokerage services in office building sector.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and he is also ARES Certified Master.

Mr. Toyota is Executive Vice President and the Head of Real Estate Brokerage Division. He joined GLR in 2010, and integrates the entire leasing and brokerage of logistics real estate.

He began his career in the real estate industry in1999 and has extensive experience dealing in industrial real estate and leasing business for over 20 years. Prior to joining GLR, he served as Vice President that is a start-up member of logistics investment business at Japan Rep Co., Ltd (currently taken over by Goodman Japan Ltd.). Previous to that, he was with Morgan Stanley Properties Japan Co., Ltd.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and he is also certified Real Estate Consulting Master.

Mr. Murakami is Head of Administration Division, and he joined GLR in 2012. He is responsible for business affairs / personnel division and supervises contracts and rights to meet our clients’ needs.

Prior to joining GLR, he served as supervisor of facility management at Lush Japan Co., Ltd. Previous to that, he worked as manager of property management department at Japan Rep Co., Ltd (currently taken over by Goodman Japan Ltd.).

He began his real estate career in 2001 at Linkage Co., Ltd, and he was responsible for brokerage and leasing service in office and logistics sector.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and he is also certified Real Estate Consulting Master.

Mr. Matsumoto is general manager of Real Estate Solutions division.
He joined GLR in 2018 and is responsible for industrial real estate brokerage business including warehouse, factories, and any other type of assets.

Before joining GLR, he worked for Tokyu Livable Inc. for 17 years.

He began his career at a foreign company and experienced to work in oversea before starting work in real estate business in 2000.

He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and handled real estate liquidation for major business corporation.
He is a licensed Real Estate Broker as well as Building Manager.

Mr. Yoshino is the General Manager of the Logistics Leasing Department.
He joined GLR in 2018 and is responsible for supervising the logistics leasing business.

Before joining GLR, he handled general sales operations from sublease management to logistics facilities control at Tokyo Logi Factory Co., Ltd. Previous to that, he was with Kyodo Distribution Co., Ltd for about 20 years.

He began his real estate career in 1991 at Sanko Bussan Co.,Ltd. and was responsible for industrial property leasing business.

He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Mr. Kotani joined GLR in 2020 and is responsible for logistics warehouse leasing business in Osaka Branch. He was appointed the manager of Osaka branch in 2024.

Before joining GLR, he worked for a miscellaneous goods manufacturer for 8 years.
He was involved in start up the Kansai sales office as the manager in 2012, thereafter he was engaged as the General Manager of the Sales Division overseeing Tokyo-Osaka in the company since 2019.
Previous to that, he worked for an electronics company as a corporate sales representative.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
