(1)本プライバシーポリシーにおいて、「当グループ」とは、当社及び当社の子会社、関連会社、業務上の提携関係にある会社であって、後記の会社とします。
(2)本プライバシーポリシーにおいて、「個人情報」とは、会員ID、氏名、性別、住所、生年月日、メールアドレス、電話番号、その他の連絡先、職業、勤務先、ニックネーム、ペンネームなどの個人に関する情報及び不動産並びに商品の利用、購入、賃貸借に関する情報のうち、一つまたは複数の組み合わせにより、特定の個人を識別できる情報をいいます。

2.個人情報の利用について

当社は、個人情報を下記の利用目的及び個人情報を取得する際に示した利用目的の範囲内において利用します。
(1)会員、ユーザーの管理
(2)当社及び第三者の商品、不動産、権利、デジタルコンテンツ及びサービス（以下「商品等」という）の販売、利用契約及び賃貸借契約の締結（以下「販売等」という）
(3)キャンペーン・懸賞企画、アンケートの実施
(4)当グループで会員登録を必要とするサービスを利用するにあたり、会員登録等の作業の簡素化
(5)本ウェブサイトの運営上必要な事項の通知

3.第三者への個人情報の提供について

1.当グループは、前記2.に定める利用目的のために、前記1.（2）に定める個人情報を共同して利用することができるものとします。
2.当社は、提携企業が保有する雑誌等の紙媒体、テレビ、ラジオ、インターネット媒体上において当社サービスを提供する場合、または、当社のサービス利用者に対してポイント等のサービスを提供するために、ポイント等サービス会社と提携する場合、それらの業務提携企業と前記1.（2）の個人情報を共同利用することができるものとします。

4.個人情報の共同利用について

1.当グループは、第2条に定める利用目的のために、第1条に定める個人情報を共同して利用することができるものとします。
個人情報の管理責任者は、第4条に定めるとおりとします。
2.当社は、下記の業務提携企業と第1条の個人情報を共同利用することができるものとします。個人情報の管理責任者は、別に定めるとおりとします。

〔個人情報を共同利用する業務提携企業とその目的〕

(1)提携媒体企業
当社は、提携媒体企業が保有する雑誌等の紙媒体、テレビ、ラジオ、インターネット媒体上においてサービスの提供を行なう場合、第2条の利用目的で提携媒体企業と共同して個人情報を利用することができるものとします。
(2)ポイントサービス提携会社
当社は、ポイント等サービス提携会社とポイント等のサービスを提供するために、ポイント等サービス提携会社と共同して個人情報を利用することができるものとします。

5.個人情報の提供について

当社は、個人情報を適切に保護し、個人情報保護法その他の関係法令により認められた場合を除き、個人識別が可能な状態で同意なく第三者に個人情報を開示し、または提供しません。

6.個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・消去等について

当社は、個人情報保護法その他の関係法令に基づき、本人が自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去、第三者提供の停止、利用目的の通知を求める権利を有していることを確認し、これらの要求がある場合には、当社所定の手続きにより速やかに対応します。

7.セキュリティについて

1. As Objectives for Using Personal Information described in Article 2, Our Group Companies may share personally identifiable information as described in Article1(2).

When the Company provides our services on paper mediums like magazines, TV, radio, Internet etc. that our affiliated media companies own, or when the Company affiliates with companies of point-services etc. to provide the services like points etc. to our users, The Company can share personally identifiable information with business alliance companies as described in Article1(2).

Article 4. Joint Use of personal information

1. As Objectives for Using Personal Information as described in Article 2, Our Group Companies may share personally identifiable information as described in Article1. The administrator of personally identifiable information is as follows in Article 4.
2. The Company can share personally identifiable information as described in Article1 with the following business alliance companies.The administrator of Personally identifiable information is specified separately.

(1) Affiliated media companies
When the Company provides our services on paper mediums like magazines, TV, radio, Internet etc. that our affiliated media companies own, the Company can share personally identifiable information with those affiliated media companies as set out by Objectives for Using Personal Information described in Article 2.
(2) Affiliated companies of point-services
The Company can share personally identifiable information with affiliated companies of point-services etc. for the purpose of providing services, such as points.

Article 5. Use of Personally Identifiable Information

The Company will not reveal personally identifiable information of a registered person to a third party without the consent of the registered person and will not use their information for any purpose except in the cases required by Personal Information Protection Law and other applicable laws and regulations.

Article 6. Disclosure, Revision, and Deletion of Personally Identifiable Information

According to Personal Information Protection Law and other applicable laws and regulations, the Company would promptly take the appropriate measures if a registered person requested to disclose, correct, add or delete the contents of, cease the utilization of, erase, and cease the third-party provision of. If a registered person wishes to revise the information they sent via their request/registration form, they may do so by submitting another request/registration form with their updated information.
